Thank you for your email. You won't believe this, I have had notification, its in Liverpool UK, and will be delivered on Tuesday. How good is that !!
I have paid the relevant taxes $104, it seems a lot, but by UK standards, it is pretty good ( we pay 20% vat, plus duty, plus import tax, on everything, incl postage cost ).
Your speed of packaging, correct form filling, and notification to DHL, could not be bettered, I thank you once again Bill.

Dear Bill,
Our shipment was received last Thursday in perfect condition. Ronnie and Son spent about one and a half hours carefully unpacking and placing the items in our home.
Many thanks for all your help. The packing was amazing even by Ronnie's standards. I was concerned about the glass and pottery items but they came through with flying colors. And the grandfaterh clock now has pride of place in our living room. I will certainly recommend you for owrk in the Charleston area - and beyond.
